Having a lot of anxiety over the dentist it's normally not a good experience. The doctors and staff made me feel very comfortable which makes it much easier to go.
I was greeted cheerfully by name from the staff and offered water upon my arrival at 7am. During the procedure, I was made to feel comfortable and was asked frequently if I was ok. There was one episode of slight pain, and Dr. Sadowski immediately offered and administered additional anesthesia. I received a follow up call from Dr. Sadowski later in the day. I have been a patient of Biltomore Commons Dental for 3 years, and would highly recommend them!
Best dentist visit ever, I think I found my permanent dentist and my family will join as soon as they can.

Dr. Bill was terrific again as was his assistant on my left side. The only flaw Dr. Bill has is that he hangs on to a book for 3-4 months before he starts to read it as is the case with the super good book about his paisano in the book UNBROKEN Sad news was dispensed though..Emily, who recruited me late last year on a very quiet Friday afternoon, is leaving.
Jennifer Is excellent. She knew I have very sensitive teeth, and was super gentle with the cleaning. Really appreciate her gentle touch. Thanks. However, I would have liked a heads up about needing to have X-rays.
