There were several things that went wrong - but I'm going to focus on the one thing that will help others - please refrain from sharing 2 appt times with patients - we dont need to know what time we're meeting with the dentist and what time we're meeting with the hygenist - thats your internal schedule - all we need to know is what time to show up - otherwise you're just asking for confusion and for people to show up late by mistake.
Biltmore Commons staff were amazing! It was a nice surprise to be treated so well in a dental office. Dr Saperstein was very knowledgable, walked me through my xrays in a language I could understand and is quite funny. I would def recommend Biltmore Commons!
The Dentist was caring enough to know just if and when I might feel pain and resolved it. Great job.

I have always struggled to fing great dental care, but the team at Biltmore Commons Dental has eliminated that struggle. They are professional. friemdly, funny, and kind. A great group of people who make sure you are the focus of care and not "a proceedure".
