Biltmore Commons Dental has a great staff! I'm not good with dental work and they were very accommodating to me. I will continue to go to this dentist office.

I just had a really bad experience with my dental visit yesterday, the numb medication wore off pretty fast and got restless in my chair having lots of pressure pain. I never experience that before and had to wait a little longer for doctor to come back. I guess his schedule was pretty backup. Other than that I like him as my doctor and this never happen before. Thanks
I really enjoyed my first visit to BCDC, felt right at home. They took me back at my appointment time(very nice), explained the process, gentle review/cleaning and gave me options for next steps. Could not ask for more! Great first visit, very friendly staff and funny Doctor! They have me as a new patient in me. Kyle

Excellent care provided by Dentist and assistant--Thanks for doing such a great job! (Had a temp crown put on & silver filling changed to an enamel filling) My comfort was their main concern and they took good care of me!
Dear BCD: Thanks to Dr.Balestrino for dealing with my dental issues (man did I have a lot). He is awesome! He never gave up on me and I was a mess. God Bless you Dr. B and of course the assistance like Tamara as well. I wish I could remember all the names that assisted Dr. B in my dental case thank you as well.
