After one year of intermittent use this apparatus is completely inaccurate. Took it to my doctor's office to check and was advised not to use it. Don't waste your money.
Don't reply to emails, product stopped syncing with phone after a month. BIOS seems uninterested in fixing it or providing support. Did a bunch of troubleshooting on my own. Nothing seems to fix it.

Arm band expands like a balloon. I've taken 5 readings out of the box and each one reads as an Error. This product is JUNK and it's difficult to imagine how this company, (BIOS) manages to keep their doors open let alone finance frivolous cosmetic model changes while not refining the functionality of the product. How this company has managed to produce such specialized products is a wonder of world. A one star rating is far too generous for this junk.

We have had a bios 12.0 blood pressure machine. Does not work well. Poorly engineered. Would not recommend it. Ash

The company is very unprofessional and the quality of the product is very, very poor. The temperature is not accurate at all and also the app doesn’t work properly. I sent the thermometer back by mail two days after I purchased it, it has been 15 days since they received it back and they don’t even pronounce about giving my refund.

Only 2 of the 3 sensors will connect and doesnt seem very accurate in temperature at all

I purchased the blood pressure device explicitly for the associated app. Thier server has been down for a week with no indication when it will be up if ever. It's amazing that they would shut down a main feature without keeping customers informed
