Virustotal was showing a Birdeye server file as virus-infected. It was NOT a virus, Birdeye was not infected. It was a false positive. However, Birdeye went far beyond what most companies would do they reached out to the virus company with the false positive, proved their file was virus-free and got them to remove the false warning so it no longer shows up as infected on Virustotal.
