Husain - The representative was great!
BirdEye has the best support team there is!
Virustotal was showing a Birdeye server file as virus-infected. It was NOT a virus, Birdeye was not infected. It was a false positive. However, Birdeye went far beyond what most companies would do they reached out to the virus company with the false positive, proved their file was virus-free and got them to remove the false warning so it no longer shows up as infected on Virustotal. I can speak for Husain the tech that helped me with this and several other tickets. Husain Mukadam was excellent. He was very patient with me and very attentive. THere were a couple of things that I didnt understand and did not feel comfortable with with the process of birdeye but Husain was very patient and explained to me several times until I was comfortable with the process.
