I can speak for Husain the tech that helped me with this and several other tickets. Husain Mukadam was excellent. He was very patient with me and very attentive. THere were a couple of things that I didnt understand and did not feel comfortable with with the process of birdeye but Husain was very patient and explained to me several times until I was comfortable with the process.
