Ankur is always helpful. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and a great ambassador of Birdeye when your customers are having problems. Even though 1 issue wasn’t resolved, I am confident that if it can be done, Ankur will make it happen.

I do not remember the gentleman's name that assisted but he was very helpful and pleasant.
Aditya did an amazing job providing the support I needed. Our Birdeye rep. set up an unauthorized campaign in our client's account with incorrect info and he was able to help us after she told us she couldn't assist until Monday. I am very appreciative of his help. I do request follow-up from someone on the team on the actions of our rep - we have provided her with an email sharing our disappointment in all of this.
