Ankur is always helpful. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and a great ambassador of Birdeye when your customers are having problems. Even though 1 issue wasn’t resolved, I am confident that if it can be done, Ankur will make it happen.
Nidhi Verma thank you so much for the assistance
I do not remember the gentleman's name that assisted but he was very helpful and pleasant.
OJ was very patient with my level of knowledge and used terms I can easily understand.
Excellent communication!!!!
Ankur was great
Great job. I just had some questions.
He was excellent
Mark did a great job of walking me through the dashboard and helping me understand the problem. I appreciated that he took control of my screen so he could show me exactly where to go and what to do. I wouldn't have been able to do this without his help.
