They are truly patient-centric, personable and make coming for your annual checkup, cleanings or fillings a pleasant experience. Let's face it. Unless you have some sort of a personality disorder, you aren't excited to go to the dentist. But thanks to Birdseye, it's at least nothing to dread. The staff is nice and down to Earth, and they are happy to let you see everything they are doing, involving you in every step as much or as little as you'd like. Dr. Chung does good work and is also tender and compassionate, jumping to your aid if you are in pain. I was 45 minutes late to my appointment and they were still able to fit me in and help me out. The lobby is clean and pleasant, and the receptionists were warm, helpful, and polite. The waiting room / reception area feels modern and fairly sleek yet welcoming, and has some nice reading material When I was called into the back dentists chair, I was provided with a bottle of water and the option to watch Netflix while I waited to be helped. Everyone here is so friendly. From the people at the front desk to the hygienists to the doctor. Also, my hygienist was super thorough. I came in feeling under the weather and they were so patient and friendly with me. This is why my husband and I keep coming back.
