Receptionist staff were very kind, fun, and went over all details of my visit. Dr. Chung provided me with information about my dental health I hadn't received from other dentists in the past. World-class teeth cleaning in record time!
Though finding and meeting a new dentist can cause anxiety, the process and the staff were phenomenal in making the transition easy, and even enjoyable. Excellent all around, from the receptionist to the assistances to the dentist! Also, the facility is top notch!
First off, I had a bit of an emergency...called around a bit (as I didn't have a primary dentist) and just before I was about to lose all hope...Birdeye said they could take me first thing the following morning!!! Praise God! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt that I made the right decision by choosing them. Not only was it beautiful, but everyone was so nice and helpful! Real people who are listening, who are extremely good at their jobs and who are always working hard to make you feel comfortable and to answer your questions (or even anticipate them). I really like Birdeye Dental. Customer service is great every single time, from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Chung. My dental hygienist today was superb.
