I have to admit, I was like a frightened 8 year old sitting in on my first visit because I knew that I've not been taking good care of my teeth as I should have been and I've had pretty bad experiences in the past. Very thorough dentist visit, and my dentist is extremely professional and great at what she does. They also try to make my visit as comfortable as possible with a massage chair, Netflix and sporadically checking on me to make sure I'm alright. They make sure to keep me in check to ensure a good visit the next time I come in.
Dr. Chung and her staff strive to make a patient feel validated, cared-for and comfortable! They are dedicated to their patients and the team works seamlessly together!
I always enjoy my experience @ Birdseye. I hate going to the dentist but I like Dr. Chung and her whole staff. They make all the drilling on my senstive gums less painful. Very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
I'm lucky. I haven't had nightmarish dental experiences. That's not to say I've loved every dentist I went to, but I haven't had extensive or painful work done. All that said, I was not expecting the extremely thorough and thoughtful care that I received at Birdseye Dentistry. Dr. Chung and her staff are exceptional. I recommend them to my fellow healthy teeth people as well as to those who dread the dentist. You'll all enjoy your visit!
This was my first time at this dental office. Everyone was very friendly and patient. The office was very nice and parking was made easy for me. Definitely a good trip to the dentist.
Dr. Chung and her staff are great! The team does great work and are easy going. The facilities are nice and clean with state of the art equipment, they even have Netflix to help pass the time.
I really enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Chung. All of her staff were attentive and competent. They explained each step of my examination and what its purpose was. They were also cheerful, friendly and energetic. It seems like they really like their jobs! Dr. Chung was very thorough in explaining the condition of my teeth, jaws and gums. I really appreciate her taking the time to explain everything and what treatments would resolve the issues. The office is also really nice - clean and well-finished.
Dr, Chung and her whole team are so great. They are dedicated to patient satisfaction, do clean work, have a beautiful, comfortable office. Even if something isn't perfect (like for example, it's tough to tell how your bite is when numb), whenever I have called with a request for a follow up, they have promptly accommodated and fixed the issue with a smile.
