Dr. Chung & her team are very caring, friendly, kind and gentle with their patients. The office is very clean, equipment is state-of-the-art & team works very well together. They have earned this new patient!
From the second I walked into the office I was warmly greeted by staff members. Their greetings felt warm and geniune. I don't want to give too much away but let's just say you'll have lots of pleasent surprises that make this office a unique experience unlike any other doctors visit. Highly reccomend, makes going to the dentist far less dreadful!
I was made to feel comfortable...asked if I was doing ok throughout the procedure(s)...and even enjoyed Dr. Chung's humor about her favorite part of the appt. - waiting to see me spit with a mouthful of novacain...such a positive experience! Glad I found you!
Birdseye Dentistry is a calming environment with a reception area that looks more like a spa lounge than your typical sterile office -- very effective for dentist phobs like me. Dr. Chung is thorough and kind. She takes many things into account to see the big picture in the patients oral health. She has a good bedside manner and provides a reasonable treatment plan so it is not overwhelming. She is efficient and aware of her patient throughout procedures. The entire staff was very friendly and thorough both in their work but in their sidemanner and explanations. Loved it.
My experience at Dr. Chung's office was just amazing from the time I walked in to the time I left. Martha and Hugo have the most amazing friendly smiles and were so helpful. Dr. Chung was able to pin point and address underlying issues right away instead of quick fixes of wasted time and money I had for many years from other dental offices. Also, Dr. Chung stayed extra late to fix my night guard to help relieve tension. I woke up feeling so much better this morning. I am so happy to have met Dr. Chung.
