I normally avoid the dentist at all costs or try to block the experience out as soon as it is over. Birdseye was incredible. Everyone who works there is kind, informative and attentive. The environment is a joy to step into, their treatment is completely client centered/education based and, they give you headphones and turn on Netflix while they do procedures. Oh yeah, the patient chair is a massaging chair..... I mean come on, so good.
Had a fantastic experience with Dr. Chung, Martha and the whole Birds Eye crew. The office is comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Chung and Hugo were thorough and thoughtful. Greatfull for having them in the neighborhood.
This dentist appointment was by far the most comfortable one I've ever had. I look forward to coming back :)
Dr. Chung answered all my questions, explained every step of the way, and is a true professional.
The staff is friendly from the front desk attendant to the assistant to the doctor. They are all easy to get along with and make it easy to talk about the oral procedures, tests, results, etc. whether good or bad. I wish everyone could have experience their dentist appointment with them because then everyone would have nothing but great things to say about visiting a dentist. In conclusion, I'd recommend them to anyone and actually already have.
I went for an initial visit to Drl. Chung's office. Martha, the receptionist, was very accomodating in scheduling me by moving another appointment for me. Hugo and Brenda, Dr. Chung's assistants were also very friendly and attentive. Dr. Chung herself was very professional, efficient and nice to talk to. The amenities are still furnished for the location, since it is new. Still, the environment is very modern and clean. I highly recommend visiting with Dr. Chung, especially if you live in the Hollywood area.
Unbelieveable! Very impressed of the utmost professionalism of the entire staff! HIGHLY recommend!
It was a great experience, and I'm glad to say I think I found a dentist that'll be there for me for years to come in LA. Dr. Chung is amazing, as well as Hugo and Martha being big helps.
Brand new offices, massage chairs, Netflix with wireless headphones, and the most personable Dentist.
