Everyone was really good to work with, the service was what I needed and they were on time. The only negative I have is an office worker called asking for my credit card before the service was performed. This was the first I heard of this so it threw my off a bit. Business response:

We apologize for any confusion caused by our office worker's request for your credit card information. We understand how this could have been alarming. However, this is a standard practice in the industry if & when the customer will not be home for the service call. Thank you for your business and we appreciate your feedback. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at (701) 223-2338. Bismarck Heating & Air Conditioning Team
