I received a survey but hadn’t heard back in a few months of waiting. I felt like my problems didn’t matter. After I wrote my review, I received a call from the owner. He wanted to know what happened and he wanted to know what he could do to make it right. He sent a guy over to fix the problem. The service guy look at the problem and took care of it immediately.
