I received a survey but hadn’t heard back in a few months of waiting. I felt like my problems didn’t matter. After I wrote my review, I received a call from the owner. He wanted to know what happened and he wanted to know what he could do to make it right. He sent a guy over to fix the problem. The service guy look at the problem and took care of it immediately. Thank you again for fixing my problem and restoring my trust in Bismarck Heating and Air!

Well, after the first two guys came then the 3rd time Boss came & got the boiler working & said has too order parts to get everything fixed. 4 th time the repair man came & put in parts now everything is working good.
