I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received from BIT IRA. I was concerned that the process was going to take a long time and be cumbersome. The representatives that I worked with made the whole process seem streamlined and efficient. And I am definitely a hard to please customer! I highly recommend this company.

My first contact with BitIRA was at the end of 2018. I rolled a chunk of my 401k into cryptocurrencies and it was a very easy process. I recently rolled some more of my 401k into my IRA and could not have been more pleased with how helpful the folks at BitIRA were and how simple it was. Well done!

BitIRA is a great choice if one is considering rolling over a 401k. The people are great to work with and they make the process very easy. Everything is explained extremely well and they walk you through the setup step by step. If this is a service you are interested in BitIRA is a great choice.

BitIRA's salespeople are professional, prompt, responsive, transparent, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and eager to help. My experience working with BitIRA was great. My sales rep explained every step of the process to me, sometimes multiple times, and made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. There were no surprises or curve balls thrown. Platform is very easy to use despite sale prices are not instantaneous since the crypto market does not sleep. The purchase fees are also quite high as compared to the regular online exchanges, It has gotten better since I first signed up in 2021 at the height of the last crypto cycle. However, being a ****** resident, we are at the mercy of our legislators, and fortunately, few exchanges like BitIRA are available for us to open accounts at. There are still room for improvements in the wild west of cryptocurrencies.

So far, its been a great experience. The only downside it they are limited to the number of crypto tokens available to invest. I wish they had more options.

Honestly, if they werent already the provider that my self-directed IRA ******* uses, I wouldnt use them. Their customer service is less than helpful nor courteous-from the receptionist to the advisors. So frustrating when you have a simple question that could take moments to answer and give the direction needed and they take all day to respond, only after a second call was placed announcing my frustration and disappointment. Thumbs down!
