Honestly, if they werent already the provider that my self-directed IRA ******* uses, I wouldnt use them. Their customer service is less than helpful nor courteous-from the receptionist to the advisors. So frustrating when you have a simple question that could take moments to answer and give the direction needed and they take all day to respond, only after a second call was placed announcing my frustration and disappointment. The last conversation I had with Fidelity was with an asset manager, I asked what he thought of the rampant growing inflation in America and his opinion of the quantitative easing being done by the fed.
