They were good. I was happy with them. The quality was good. The technicians that came for the installation were good.
One of my outdoor units stopped working (making a loud buzzing sound and not spinning) after the workman left. I realized later than he did not ask me to switch off power to the HVAC system before he checked the fuse, fan/motor and capacitor on the unit. The capacitor is blown. In the meantime, I will be cooking in the heat for a couple of days.
Eldon Presson who removed the old water heater, and installed the new did an excellent job. He was very friendly and helpful regarding the installation.
Limited work completed essentially just turned in units and listened for any problems. One unit he cleaned out the other he told me there was too much stuff and he didn't have the time to clean it out. Told me I could clean it out and it was easy.
Great! The installed the next day.
I purchased an Angie's List special for a new water heater, for my parents, with Black Lion Heating & Air Conditioning. The scheduling and installation went very well, except for a slight misunderstanding. They brought a gas water heater when my parents needed electric but they exchanged it immediately and installed the correct one the same day. I can see why Black Lion is highly reviewed and rated on Angie's List. The offered a great price on a leading brand water heater with installation. They were super fast in being able to schedule the installation and removal of the old tank. The technicians were punctual, professional, courteous, and left everything tidy. Simply a perfect experience all the way around.
