I found them on Angie's List but that's not the interesting way I came about them. They had acquired the company that used to do my servicing regularly. So I called them up and before I made an appointment with them, I checked them out on Angie's List and they had very good ratings. Service person was on time and friendly but pushed a "igniter replacement" that turned out to be very expensive. I complained by email and I must admit, the owner of the company called me back same day. He listened and offered to return a percentage of my cost for the part.
It was good. It was a fair price.
For quality, it's still working, but it's hard to say on a new furnace that's less than a month old. They were pretty detailed and thorough and went through several different options.
Today Black Lion came out and installed our new Furnace and A/C unit. Renzo, Gabe, Matt and Adam were very professional and courteous. Our job was complicated but the gentlemen did it fast and with ease. The furnace works great and we are excited to use the new A/C in the summer. Thank you for making this so easy. We highly recommend them and will be using them for future service
