Very efficient job. Knowledgeable and easy to work with
I really like them. They did a really good job. 2 technician did the work and stayed late to finish the job.
When I tried to book the appointment through the Angie's List website that I was automatically directed to, there was no response. Once I called the appointment was set and apologies were made. When the electrician showed up he told me there would be an additional $160 fee to pull a permit. So now the deal is not such a deal. I wish I had been told up front when the appointment was made that the price would be so much more. The work was done and I had him also install a light fixture and was pleased with the work.

Everyone from Black Lion was prompt, professional, polite and cordial. The new furnace installers told me it would take about four hours to install the furnace, and I really believe the men who told me I needed a new furnace said it wouldn't take long to install a new one, like an hour or so. So I was surprised by the amount of time it was going to take. They were punctual, cleaned up their mess, and have been helping to organize the inspections by the county. The only disappointment is that their estimator never mentioned or suggested a zoning system, which we're discovering we have some need for.
