Went great.
Everything done as promised.
Went very well. They were on the job quickly since we had no heat in an old home that had been vacant for several years. Gave us a good bid and completed the work quickly and efficiently.
Everything went smoothly except for after the work was completed and inspection done - at which time it was explained that the furnace was nearing the end of its life (not unexpected given it is 34 years old) - it was stated that someone would call to give me an estimate as to cost of a new furnace. That was Wednesday, but as of Monday no call. Since furnace is still working this delay is not a serious concern, but eventually I'll need to get some estimates for a new furnace and since they got good reviews and I was satisfie... read more
