Technician was punctual and quick.
They ordered our permit and were very quick and professional. They made things very easy and hassle-free for us.
I called Black Lion on Monday and spoke to Brenda who was able to have a service person out at my house the next day. Jerry arrived exactly on time and spent at least an hour thoroughly examining our aging furnace. He gave us several options for repair, or replacement and installation of a new system. He even gave our son an adorable brand new black lion stuffed animal! Incredible service! Thank you!
Wonderful install and our new furnace works amazing. Completely satisfied. My wife and I are snug as a bug and know no matter winter may throw at us, we will be snug and warm.
