They were great from start to finish. I received a quote for an AC unit and they were willing to meet a competitors price. They communicated with we me several times to confirm install date and arrived on time. Very professional crew. This an all dayjob and involves an electrician and 2 Hvac installers. When they started up the unit at the end of the day,it was very noisy and they were not happy with the way it sounded. they thought theyneeded to replace the motor. They were very prompt with responding to both my Angie's List messages and phone calls. Although it wasn't urgent, they came out the next day and did a great job on my boiler. The tech even stayed around long enough to inform me of the boiler life and how much a new install would cost and what it would entail. Highly recommended!

The pricing was good. Basically when they installed the fireplace, there were some problems with it right-of-the-bat that I contacted them within 24 hours and it was a battle for me to get everything fixed. It was like back-and-forth. It really seemed like their office staff kept on dropping the ball so I had to keep on following-up. They would say that they would check on it. They never followed back.
