Went excellent! Ed came out to give me a quote. He was able to match another bid and so I decided to go with black lion since their reviews were excellent. On the day of install, Sal and Renzo and their crew came on time, finished earlier than I thought, and were a delight to talk to. They took off their shoes every time they came into my house, which I feel is respectful to me. They customized my coil box making it look nice and neat. Everything went great from start to finish. After meeting with their estimator and owner, Ben, it was determined that running ductwork to get to the second story would be too invasive inside the house so we opted for ductless units in both upstairs bedrooms. They are connected into the same system so work together and ended up being a lifesaver this summer as they blast cool air and dehumidify with incredible efficiency. I have to use them again because they're the ones who installed it.
Great.. They did a great job in tuning up our AC as an Angies list offer. Then our painters covered up the unit which lead to a fault. They came back out (for a fee) and got it working right away. We really appreciated them in the heat of the summer. We will use them again.
in and out in 20 minutes. deal should mention that it comes with a standard one inch filter. I have a four inch filter and that's an extra.
We just got an estimate from them. They were efficient and timely. We just decided to go with Brennan Heating as the prices were similar, and we already have a furnace from Brennan. Seems like they would have done a good job though.
Had a great experience from start to finish. Cody was the estimator and he was really helpful at explaining pros and cons of the available systems (replacing furnace and adding a/c), as well as what would be entailed in the installation. He was also super-responsive on email as I peppered him with questions (some generated by getting other estimates).
