Workman arrived promptly at time arranged, went through the garage to boiler site & proceeded to do his job which was to do the annual tune up & I assume clean out the filter although on his invoice it says he "checked" it. I did not stay to watch since he knew more about it than I did. He noted the oil pump was leaking & with losing oil, it would lower the pressure for the circulating pump eventually. Great job by the two techs that came to the house. They were friendly, knowledgeable and they got the job done to my satisfaction.
Service was excellent. They were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
They were one of several companies that provided me a quote to replace my gas furnace. Written quote didn't include btu or product name, but should have been similar to a 60,000 Bryant high-efficiency2-stagegas furnace with variable speed fan. Included Honeywell touch screen thermostat. They were professional.
I saw the 'deal' from Black Lion for a furnace inspection/tune-up on a furnace inspection/tuneup, and after seeing their ratings here, I contacted them. They got back to me within 24 hours, and we had an exchange which answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment with a 3 hour window. This was primarily an inspection that I had put off for some time. An earlier inspection had suggested that our furnace was shot and needed to be replaced. However, it subsequently has worked fine for the past year. We got this inspection to make sure that we were not missing something. The inspection went fine, no issues were found and my wife thought he was "knowledgeable and friendly." We would use him again.
