My husband appreciated the professional and helpful service man.
Went extremely wel! They showed up on time, went right to work, kept us informed of progress, and left in timely manner. Cleaned up all areas. Came back and installed a new up to date thermostat that is wonderful! Easy to use and great options. AC works great as does the water heater.
First, my initial consultation with the owner Ben, was great. He was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable about his business. He made sure to answer any questions I had, made recommendations based on his experience. Example he could have recommended the more expensive air conditioner but explained how the one he was suggesting would work better for the size of my house.
