Ben thoroughly explained the options and trade-offs to me. He always showed up when he said he would and started promptly first thing on the agreed upon date. I tend to hang around a lot and watch because I am curious and I want to make sure a good job is being done. service man was on time, thorough and showed me what he did, including the condition of various parts, expected life of parts, suggested maintenance items, etc. patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood his answers. very professional.

Excellent service from the first phone call to the final permit inspection was scheduled. Our side yard is not large, and Brian called the city inspector as soon as he left to determine if we could install a slimline unit next to the house, and received approval. They were priced better than other quotes we recevied. On the install date, they sent several crews at different time internvals who performed specific jobs.
