I purchased a big deal for this service and it was excellent. We were very pleased. They were wonderful and were so nice. I could not be here so my son who lives out of town was here. They did a great job and left the house clean. I was able to come home and have them explain everything to me. They did a very nice job and werevery professional. Everything was great.
The installation went smooth and the installers did everything that was discussed before the installation. The installers were very professional and courteous and completed the jobin one day.
Prompt, professional service from first contact through visit. Service person was friendly, knowledgeable & did a great job.
We were very satisfied with the service that he gave us for the amount that we paid. We were fine with that even though we ended up buying a new furnace. There was no delay, it was done as soon as we could schedule it within a day or two. There was no additional charge. They are a very capable company, and we would recommend them. These guys are absolutely the best! We've used them three times now and they are always fantastic. Their bid for work on installing our AC was very impressive. I'd sourced two other companies and received bids that were all $1k+ over Black Lions - AND those companies did not provide all costs upfront on their bills (things such as city license, inspections, etc.).
