Service tech was prompt and knowledgeable, and performed the tune-up service to our satisfaction. We have an unusual cold air return for our furnace, so they didn't give us a new filter or follow up with an alternative (which is a little disappointing), but we're satisfied with the tune up work and I would hire them again.

Cleaned & checked burners, blower, inducer, sensors, ignition system, checked natural gas line. Found a water leak that was fixed. Patrick was very helpful, suggested a new furnace within the year since due to the age of the current furnace, it may quit working tomorrow or next week, month. Worked with me to find several rebate programs I could apply to a new 90% efficient furnace, which will be installed by Black Lion in March. The technician was prompt and professional. He was here for an annualcheckup on our furnace. He made one recommendation of an issue to watch for in the future and did not try topush other products as others have done in the past. We would definitely use this service again.
