Honest feedback- while I did purchase multiple types of ammunition today with inflated prices my next comment is on customer treatment. Very disappointed in the level of customer respect. When I am there to buy another gun for my collection and your store associates talk to me like I am an idiot bu making up ridiculous fallacies and stops talking to me - turns his back when I am not done asking for assistance- goes off and helps another customer. Don’t go here they want give you anything close to what your guns are worth and have no justification why the offer their bs offers but will turn around and sell them for new prices I would rather go to Hyatt guns
Blackstone no longer allows outside trainers to use their facility for training. As soon as they change this policy, I'll consider coming back. Former member, now taking my ammo elsewhere.
me and my two sons ages 24 and 30 we're so looking forward to going to this very nice facility and shoot. I'm a police officer for 27 years both of my sons have assisted with range safety at our concealed carry classes with the department. so the big day finally came that we were going to go to Blackstone shooting range in Charlotte. we get up early in the morning go have breakfast load the guns in the car drive over an hour and a half to get there. when we get out of the vehicle we make sure that all of our guns the slides ... read more

We do ask that all firearms be cased upon entering the building in order to limit accidents and bring a warming presence to the number of less experienced shooters in the building. The customer service is the worst I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. I visited one time and that would be my last.

RecommendedThe place was ok but it is not customer friendly. I shot today. I told them I was trying out this model and might buy it. I asked if they would waive the rental fees and range time fee if I bought a firearm. The go no. Then it was 25 bucks to rent for an hour. I go I’m here to try out the model. I wouldn’t be here for an hour. I asked Do you prorate since I would only be a half hour. They go no. I was soooo disappointed as i was 90% sure I was going to purchase it. But I felt deflated with the range experience I left.

I was a member for over a year, I purchased ammo to shoot in the range and it was defective and wouldn’t shoot. The Range officer told me to let the desk know after witnessing this and they would return it after I was finished. I spoke with the manager who said he couldn’t return or exchange it. I also brought some ammo with me that was identical that I had purchased previously and it shot just fine. Unfortunate they do not back the products they sale to “members”.
