Down to one star now as it is showing adds in Spanish after last update. Great if works but lots of time it comes up with an error or incomplete test data. Definitely not worth the money.

The app does not connect to the device. The service department does not answer phone calls and the chat function just tells me to check the manual. Device beeps but will not connect via Bluetooth to any device. Obviously the developer doesn't read as I have tried to connect with the chat and they cant help. There is an issue with your app both on Android and apple
