Do not waste your time going here. I was treated poorly from the moment I called to make an appointment, during the appointment by Dr. Brown and the nurse, and then the lady who answers the phones when you call.

I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time to be seen. If I was that late they would have charged me $75.00! I did like the doctors and I understand them running late sometimes. They seemed to really care and are really trying to figure out my problems.

I have been to many facilities for injections into my spine before I found Blue Ridge Orthopaedic. It was always so incredibly painful that it was hard to get the needed procedure, and many times was unsuccessful. Dr Heller uses a procedure where you are not even aware it was done, at the same time by being totally relaxed the success rate is much higher and lasts longer, Due to being able to get the injections in the proper area without the patients muscles spasm to compensate for the pain and protect the body. I have had a complete hip replacement by Dr. Brown and he did a wonderful job. You can barely see a scar anymore & I have no more hip pain. He has also given me several injections in my knees which has greatly helped. I have also seen Dr. Kim in the spine center for my back pain which was very successful in relieving the pain. I have been so satisfied that I'm going in next week for surgery on my neck. I would highly recommend both doctors & their very pleasant staff.

Last used them in 2013. The Doctors were wonderful. Treated my sons injury very well however the same cannot be said about their administration department. Someone there made an error (if I'm being kind, others would say stole...) our bank details and put through a fraudulent claim costing us over $800. After a lengthy battle to get them to even acknowledge this issue and refund us, our HSA provider stepped in and took action against them. For that reason I would never go back again.
