I was in an auto-wreck a month ago, I met with Dr. Wise 3 weeks ago and was recommended to start physical therapy. As I checked out they set my PT appointment to today at 8:30am.. I show up at 8 to find out they had somehow mistakingly scheduled me under Dr. Wise again... even though the staff is nice- I don't appreciate having to reschedule & it just felt like it was 'no big deal' on their end. I'm sincerely disappointed

The administrative staff was very nice and went through hoops to obtain my records, however after Dr. Smith reviewed my previous history/medical records he refused to even see me. This is my situation as I tried to explain on the phone ... I cannot fully extend the knee, I walk with a profound limp and have for a year. I have pain, acute swelling, and inflammation making knee range of motion difficult. I can’t straighten my knee its bent at a 20 degree angle. Crowded, long wait times and they will SUE you if you don't pay quick enough! I'm sorry I wasn't expecting my daughter to break her arm. We are swamped with medical bills and doing the best we can. Don't go here. You will regret it.

Cannot get follow up even with pain after arthroscopy. Non-responsive staff. No compassion just tell you to wait. Cannot get in touch with doctor.

I don't know how my previous review was deleted or changed. I certainly don't like this place and still have back pain. Do not recommend.
Telling my wife with limited mobility in her arms that she's not supposed to push, pull or do any sudden motions with her arms its ok to drive.
