The front desk staff if very organizes and the weight time is never long. The doctors take the time to listen and explain.

I would not recommend. I had to stop the doctor from injecting medication into the wrong shoulder. Never had any kind of imaging completed, to figure out the problem. Therapist recommended a medication for a few days to help with the muscles in the area and the provider offended me by stating that he does not prescribe medications because they are habit forming. You offended me and really didn’t even try to help me. I will not go back. I expected more.

Usually my answer would be yes I would recommend them. After today no. The office didn’t know the person that brought my son into the office today is a registered nurse. The nurse that removed my son stitches had gloves on but left the room to grab her phone came back with the same pair of gloves on and proceeded to remove my sons stitches, which still had exposed area. After removing the stitches the nurse said OK we are good to go, my daughter who is a RN said that’s it? No instructions? Nope you’re good. My son still had e... read more

Not sure they could deal with dementia patient effectively. Took 3 tries to put a cast on patient’s arm that could not be easily removed. Delayed healing to say the least.

I’ve seen their surgeons twice over the last 9 years. Dr. Smith for an ACL tear. And he did a Bone-Tendon-Bone replacement, and I’m moving at 100%. I’m also currently seeing Dr. Seal and the Pain doctor, Dr. Heller got bulging disks. Great docs all around. I’d also be remiss, if I didn’t give Kudos to their PT teams. All of them are amazing.

Despite talking to a receptionist in the “appointment department” who asked me a lot of questions about where my injury was located, she still assigned me to the wrong doctor. So lots of time spent waiting for a doctor who only said, “Sorry, I can’t help you. They should’ve assigned you to the general orthopedic.” And then you proceeded to collect my co-pay. What a disgrace. Perhaps better training of the staff is needed so they can correctly assess the issue and assign to the correct doctor.

Dr. Heller shouldn't be called a doctor. He's rude, abrasive and dismisses your pain. He had notes, MRI from UVA and Johns Hopkins University Hospital. The director of operations called me and said she saw this in the notes, but Dr. Heller had misplaced them. Had a medical branch block which caused more pain in places I didn't hurt. Second procedure was a back ablation. Didn't help and the pain spread to my hips. I can barely walk! Then a few days later I get another call from his nurse Felicia, and said he recommended I g... read more
