Bluebird have provided excellent care for my mother over 18 months. Given that we live geographically away it was very reassuring to have the daily visits, and we were constantly impressed with the level of care, interaction and professionalism shown throughout the time they were providing care. From our first encounter with Bluebird Care we were impressed. the live-in care supervisor spent 3 hours with us assessing us and getting to know us and our needs. This really payed dividends as the carer he found for us was absolutely perfect. This was a first for us and we were a bit nervous but the carer put us at our ease straight away and by the end of 2 weeks she just felt like a friend staying with us. The service provided by Bluebird for my dad was caring, compassionate and professional and enabled him to stay at home amongst his family during his final days. We were very grateful that they went out of their way to organise support when we needed it so urgently and at such a difficult time.

We are very pleased with the care provided by Bluebird. All the carers are kind and attentive and they provide an excellent service. We are impressed by their attention to detail of the daily routine. Our main adjustment to having carers has been getting used to the very early start (7am) and we are waiting on starting at a later time.

Have found Bluebird to be very professional and have given my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's time to enjoy some of her day. The carers are cheerful and always lift up her spirits when she feels down. The level of care is also very good. My experience of Bluebird Care has been excellent. The assessment process was in-depth and person-centred. The service was initiated very promptly and professionally. The care delivered to my father was compassionate and kind. The care team were supportive not only to my father but also to myself as we entered his final days. Our experience of Bluebird Care has been very positive throughout the period of 18 months when they cared for our aunt at home. All carers were engaging, kind, patient and professional. They handled difficult shifts when our uunt was angry, confused or anxious extremely well.
