I am actually a cousin of the client. My cousin is getting deaf and doesn't like wearing her hearing aid so we have to rely on the carers when we need to communicate with her. They are always most helpful. We are kept well informed about any health problems or general problems with the house.
Bluebird provide a friendly, caring service to my Mother, we feel we know the care team and they provide regular feedback, via the day book, office and management team - they are responsive to our enquiries and flexible as my Mothers needs change.
