A month ago I had never heard of Bluebird Care, but in that short time, I have come to know them as friends as well as carers. They all seem to have a natural ability to understand, encourage and help you. They come on time and will do any task that you ask them. This is a first-class service and one which I would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful care - the same team (one of three) arrive punctually every morning with a cheerful smile. They are certainly helping with my recovery.

After being fit and healthy all our lives, we suddenly found ourselves in need of help after being in hospital. Our daughter, who lives in London, was obviously concerned and contacted Bluebird. We were taken under the nurse's wing from thereon. They are now considered friends and extended family. In fact, our nurse was the first person I called when I felt very unwell and ended up in hospital urgent care.

My siblings and I are highly delighted with the care that Bluebird Care in Pendle provide for our parents. The staff at Bluebird are reliable, punctual, genuinely caring, and provide an excellent standard of care to both parents, especially our Dad who has a number of complex health needs. I can’t thank Bluebird Care enough. They are professional, friendly, have a great sense of humour and go above and beyond to create a good relationship with the client and family, an example of which is after meeting my dad and myself in the morning to discuss care, the manager also visited my mum in hospital to make sure that she was happy with everything too. They are reliable and always on time. From the first visit, they felt like part of the family with their warmth and friendliness. I highly recommend Bluebird Care.

As someone who has mobility issues and struggles to get out, I look forward to my sessions with Bluebird Care because it means I can get out and about with support. It's really helping my wellbeing and is great for my mental health. It's good to have someone to talk to and laugh with, a breath of fresh air in more than one way. I feel valued and cared for.

Bluebird have been fantastic. I cannot fault them. My friend recommended them to me and it's been one of the best decisions I have made. They always arrive on time, no task is too big, they make me laugh and cheer me right up. They are absolutely amazing. Management listen to me and check in to see how I am too. Thank you ladies.
