My sister has been under the care of Bluebird for 2 years now and I cannot express how much of a positive impact this care company and their staff have had on her whilst she has been going through some very difficult times. The staff are all so kind, compassionate and genuinely caring and liase very well with our family. Cannot fault them at all. I have used the above Care Provider for 9 months and would like to praise their professionalism, flexibility, understanding, kindness, friendliness, care and support. Their excellent service enabled our family member to remain for longer in their own home. Thank you so much.

I'm very pleased with my care and highly recommend Bluebird Care. Love it that I regularly go swimming and feel so much better in myself. So, many thanks to the care supervisor and the operations manager for all your help and support.

All the carers are excellent. When the times are changed, could the staff let us know? (Where possible). They do sometimes but by no means always. It really would be helpful if they could.

Our experience with Bluebird goes back many years and the support and care we have received over that time has always been of a very high standard. Our situation recently changed quite suddenly and we needed a much higher level of care quite urgently. The support from Bluebird has been excellent as they worked quickly with us to find a solution for our new circumstances. Friendly and reliable team. Proactive and supportive of family and client. Trust all the staff I have met. Admin/management staff in contact regularly to check on the suitability of care package and discuss any issues.

Carer who visits for my wife is always friendly, helpful and is very easy to get along with. It takes a long time for my wife to get used to someone else in the home to look after her when I am out, so it is good she has got someone that she can get along with.

Bluebird staff provided exemplary night time care for my mother in her final weeks. As a family, we felt both supported and strengthened by the expertise and compassion they demonstrated and their willingness to adapt to our specific requirements and provide genuine person-centred care made all the difference to what was a very difficult and emotional time.

We considered several companies when choosing in-home care for our mum. From the point of initial contact onward, everyone we have been in contact with at Bluebird has been extremely helpful and supportive. Mum's live-in carer is a lovely lady and has formed a great relationship with Mum - her experience and warmth are really supporting Mum and helping us as a family.
