Mum has an excellent relationship with her Bluebird carer and enjoys their twice daily visits.

From consultation to implementation, Bluebirds service was excellent and terms/parameters clear and comprehensible. The care assistants were pleasant, helpful and understanding.
Absolutely delighted with the service. Always on time and always with a smile. Very attentive and nothing is a hassle to them.
I am very pleased with the agency I have chosen. The staff are very competent. They seem to be well trained and take an interest in what needs to be done. Very willing to do much as possible.
We used Bluebird Care only for a short period, but they were able to help out in a time of crisis and brought immense peace, reassurance and care to my Dad. The manager could not have been more prompt in her response, nor more helpful in providing a service. My Dad enjoyed having them with him. I had no personal interaction with the carers, and do not always have the information from Dad, therefore I cannot really express views on some of these questions with much real knowledge.
We are extremely happy with the care that our Aunt has been receiving from Bluebird Care for the past year. The carers are all very professional, courteous, caring and efficient and look after our aunt with great kindness and their attention to detail are to be recommended. If they have any concerns at all we are informed immediately and they normally offer a solution that perhaps we would not have thought of ourselves due to their excellent training in the care of the elderly. Bluebird Care provides a consistently high standard of care. The carers are pleasant and friendly and clearly committed to their work and to the welfare of their clients. The management team are flexible and responsive to changes in requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care to anyone requiring their services.
Bluebird Care has delivered a fantastic level of service not only to my parents but to us as a family. Their team has enabled a degree of freedom from a life that was constrained by continual care to my mum and dad that both suffer from a form of dementia.
