RecommendedMy gas hot water heater was malfunctioning and leaking water and I needed to find a plumber on very short notice. Many plumbing companies were booked or not answering their phones as it was the day before the Christmas weekend. Disappointingly, Bluefrog was also booked for the day, however, the customer rep Michelle told me if anyone canceled she would definitely let me know. RecommendedProfessional, friendly and thorough. I called 4 different pluming services this morning- 3 of them said they would call back. One did- 3 hours later. Blue Frog scheduled an APPOINTMENT when I called - gave me a window from 12 -2..... and the guy showed up at 11:15! I will always use this service in case of an emergency. Well done!
