RecommendedNate responded quickly when I contacted him about replacing a leaking hot water heater. Nicole in the office was very friendly and told me when he would be coming. I was pleasantly surprised when he was able to install the new hot water heater that day. He was professional and explained everything thoroughly. RecommendedNate has been excellent to work with to date and describes in detail what work is entailed, so there are no surprises. He’s courteous, informative and my dogs like him too. I have an underground leak somewhere from my house to the street, and I live down a long driveway (500+ ft). What a nightmare. Thank goodness I am working with someone who is responsive, doesn’t get annoyed with questions and is always courteous. We have gotten through the first step of the process A-OK, and next week will be the second step.
