RecommendedNate and Dan were a pleasure to have in my home...They both were very professional, neat, clean, courteous throughout the repair of my shut off valve. Nate took the time to walk me through the steps he would be taking to repair the problem as well as give me an estimate on a little addition I will consider doing in the near future. RecommendedThey were here all day today to install a new shower tub combination. Plus fix a big clogged drain issue as well as fix a leak in the garage/basement. They were on time and very careful. They talk to you and explain things. I felt very comfortable with them during the entire process. The contractor will be back tomorrow to finish the tile around the new shower and complete the job. RecommendedI’ve dealt with Blue Frog plumbing for a few years. I’ve been happy with their work. I purchased a 3 year VIP membership. I did not get a timely response when I placed a call to them recently. I was very disappointed.. They redeemed themselves however by covering what I had to pay someone else. Stellar customer service.
RecommendedJust had to call Blue Frog to fix a plumbing job done poorly by a subcontractor. The we’re here within 2 hours, and fixed the problem for a fair price. Nate & Bob we’re GREAT!
Our recent experience with Bluefrog was excellent. The Service Expert was very professional and helped us through every step of the process. I can't say enough good things about his work habits. Customer service was also great. We will definitely be calling Bluefrog in the future.
