I’ve dealt with Blue Frog plumbing for a few years. I’ve been happy with their work. I purchased a 3 year VIP membership. I did not get a timely response when I placed a call to them recently. I was very disappointed.. They redeemed themselves however by covering what I had to pay someone else. Stellar customer service.
Just had to call Blue Frog to fix a plumbing job done poorly by a subcontractor. The we’re here within 2 hours, and fixed the problem for a fair price. Nate & Bob we’re GREAT!
Our recent experience with Bluefrog was excellent. The Service Expert was very professional and helped us through every step of the process. I can't say enough good things about his work habits. Customer service was also great. We will definitely be calling Bluefrog in the future.
My gas hot water heater was malfunctioning and leaking water and I needed to find a plumber on very short notice. Many plumbing companies were booked or not answering their phones as it was the day before the Christmas weekend. Disappointingly, Bluefrog was also booked for the day, however, the customer rep Michelle told me if anyone canceled she would definitely let me know. My wife and I have had Joe Chretien complete several repairs through Blue Frog and we couldn't be happier with his work and professionalism. Would definitely recommend Blue Frog and Joe Chretien specifically.
Professional, friendly and thorough. I called 4 different pluming services this morning- 3 of them said they would call back. One did- 3 hours later. Blue Frog scheduled an APPOINTMENT when I called - gave me a window from 12 -2..... and the guy showed up at 11:15! I will always use this service in case of an emergency. Well done!
