It’s was perfect location and close to the beach perfect house to enjoy are vacation!!
We appreciated all the space we had in the house and it was less than a 5 min walk to the beach!
Loved the very lively location and beach access. Can’t get any closer to the ocean than that! And that view!! As we knew, parking wasn’t super close by but we found places to park that were acceptable. The units were very spacious, well-stocked, clean and modern.
The location was great, just a block off the beach! There are restaurants and stores within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely will be coming back. Blue Water was great with communication and responded quickly to anything we needed. The only thing I would add is I wish there was a faucet in the front to wash our feet off. The condo has been nicely upgraded with a full washer/dry and air conditioning. We will be recommending this location to our friends and family. I would give it a 10 out of 10!
Wonderful bright, roomy, updated home right on the bayside beach. Within a few minutes walk to ocean side. Completely stocked with great linens and towels. Master bedroom with king bed is huge with large windows overlooking bay. Ample seating with leather sectional in living room and large dining table inside. Definitely recommend.
This vacation rental had its good and bad points. I went with my husband, 2 children (ages 1 and 5), my parents, and my mother-in-law. All the adults appreciated having their own bathrooms and soft beds. We were just a short walk to the beach, which allowed us to easily go back to the condo if we forgot something or had to use the restroom. We were not thrilled with the fact that homeless people were just steps away from the rental. Good location close to Mission Beach. Great for teenagers. Kitchen space was a little awkward and hard to maneuver with huge table in narrow walkways. We did not want to make a lot of noise but found it ironic that there were so many signs about making noise including noise alarm (??) in such a noisy unit surrounded by noise (noisy alley, noisy neighbors, construction and kitchen noise from neighboring restaurants) Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms was great.
