Amazing location right on the sand. The pool and hot tub were great especially with kids as the ocean water is of course a bit cold. People walking by always stopped to look at the pool! Walking distance to the water sports rental which was great and made for easy returns. House was clean and we had everything we needed plus they provided lots of pool/beach toys, chairs, etc. They also provided a welcome bag with wine, snacks, and sparkling water which was a nice touch. Beautiful home, steps away from Old Town. Ample Parking, incredible outdoor space. Perfect San Diego stay.

House is nice and the location is perfect as it’s walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Spacious living area and the jacuzzi on the deck is a definite bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We rented units A (a two bedroom one bath with kitchen) & B (a one bedroom one bath with kitchen). We weren’t sure what the units would have as far as kitchen utensils, beach towels, sand toys, pack n play, blow dryer, and so on… but these units had everything!! Equipped with everything we needed. The only down side was lack of available parking at the unit (which we knew about prior to booking). We ended up parking across the street from bellmont in the parking lot for the park. My family enjoyed this property very much. Thankful for the two parking spaces as it is pretty limited in the area and the proximity to the beach was so great! The only issue we had were dirty floors. Bathrooms excluded, they looked great. The tile floor and carpeting were swept/vacuumed of all sand and looked clean but were actually pretty dirty. Carpet could use a good cleaning but the management did offer to come clean the tile floors for us. Just an FYI for people who run on the hotter side. It is warm and no AC as are m... read more
