Great location right on the bay. We walked, rode our bikes and hardly took our car out of the garage.
Great condo in Pacific Beach, walking distance to many things. The condo is spacious with a lot of room and very secure with controlled access to building gates. AC and WiFi worked great and had no issues. Walls are a bit thin so ensure you follow San Diego Noise ordinance. Worked great for a family vacation.
This place has a lovely view. We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the place has not been professionally cleaned so the floors are extremely dirty. I think it could use a mop quite a few times. The sheets were clean however. The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend that they hire a cleaning company because it really would be a nicer touch and expected for how expensive it is. The view is absolutely perfect. Would still highly recommend and we will be coming back!
Great place with amazing balcony views especially from the main floor kitchen and master suite balconies!! You can lay out in the sun all the way to sunset without having to go to the beach necessarily. Loved that!! Also, lots of space and the elevator was most helpful for getting the baggage and groceries up to the needed levels (3 floors total). We were able to fit 2 large SUV's inside the garage. Walking simply across the boardwalk to the beach was great as well! Shower outside very useful. All in all, we had no regrets! ... read more

The unit was perfect for the price and location. The unit description is accurate and my wife and I had no complaints. The property manager did an awesome job with checking in with us upon our arrival to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location for beach access. Small market right across the street is very convenient. The tandem garage is very VERY narrow. The other reviews weren't kidding. Could fit a Honda CR-V in, but needed assistance to get it inside safely. But we snagged street parking occasionally. We appreciated that the house had beach towels, sand toys, and chairs to borrow! Nice place to stay. Street noise was present, but not too loud at night.

Bluewater was awesome! Very easy to get in. Communication was on point. The house was absolutely amazing. right on the beach, the patio was great, more than enough room for everyone. It was an awesome time. Id def grab that house again
