Fantastic stay. One of the best run and most organized places I’ve ever stayed!
None of the entrance codes worked and we had to call them to find the correct one. Also, when reserving the house, we asked if we can check in before 4pm. They said if house is ready we can. On the day of checking, we called and said house is not ready and someone needs to come and make it ready. We were there for more than two hours and no-one showed up. Home was really nice. Outside patio on the neighborhood sidewalk was a great place to gather, eat, and play games. Access to beaches, Belmont Park, etc...just what we were looking for...and Luigi's being next door was a huge plus! Parking was super tight and difficult to find at first. A bit of noise in the mornings because of the location near restaurants. Bluewater staff was super attentive to our needs and responded promptly with kindness and attention. Thanks!

Great location, close to all the Old Town fun. Communicative host! Had some issues with the hot tub but they helped us figure it out promptly. Also - try all the knobs on their hot tub if you think it's not strong enough! I agree with previous comments that the living room wasn't the most comfy or inviting, but our group didn't need to use it as we hung out mainly in the back yard area or away from the house. House is definitely big enough for larger families. Great neighbors, super friendly!

The area if absolutely perfect. We love Mission Bay and all the stuff there is to do in the area. My only complaint is the parking but that has nothing to do with our stay, I have a big truck and it wouldn't fit in the garage. Its notoriously hard to find a spot in the area but if you have a car or a small truck this spot has a garage which is amazing, just don't bring your big truck lol. The room was clean and fully stocked. Will be staying again!
Amazing place. Ocean views were great and you can be on the beach in 2 minutes.
