Responsive and caring group. Rental unit as advertised. One day of a hot water problem but reasonably quickly resolved.
Great place to stay. Location, clean and good communication. Great little coffee stand just up the sidewalk on mission for great coffee drinks called salt culture. There is a great little cafe called olive cafe with good breakfast and lunch. Try the multi berry scone with chocolate chips. There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby. Another plus about this unit is that there is a public parking lot super close so if you have two cars you can park one there. Best location on the boardwalk. Rental was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
The location was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the host was very communictaive throughout the trip regarding any questions. We would stay there again!
The location is perfect. Walking distance from the shops and the beach. There is construction but not noisy, our 8 month old was able to nap during the day while they worked outside. Management is very professional and accommodating. Communication is terrific.

Great stay! Cute, pristine, and convenient.
It was great location and everything was clean, tidy. Easy to get la jolla village and beach. Also garage was big enough for SUV. There were various utensil and also beach tools such as beach towels, chairs.
We (myself, wife, and 2 kids) stayed in the first floor unit for 3 nights. Before our arrival, Bluewater provided easy to follow checkin instructions and were constantly in touch with us. On arrival, we found the unit extremely clean, meeting our expectations. The garage was big enough for 2 mid sized cars. We had an SUV that easily fitted.
