Wow, what a place! This is an excellent property and location. I can not say enough about the service I received from Bluewater was off the charts. I highly recommend them!
Holy Smokes Not sure what the bad review was all about for this property. This house is absolutely fabulous. We took a large crew that we vacation with every year and just loved every bit of this. This house is stunningly beautiful. You could have locked me on the roof top patio the entire week and I would be happy. Plenty of Pacific Ocean to view. The newly hatched seagulls on the neighbor's roof didnt cost extra. I would come back in a heart beat.
Villa Pacifica My Wife and I, our 3 adult children and several other family members recently returned from a West Coast visit. I opted to rent a private residence rather than split everybody up in various hotel rooms. Villa Pacifica caught our eye while going through the listings and I must say it exceeded all our expectations. Mission Beach Condo The condo is a great location especially with our dog, with the bay sunrises out front and ocean sunsets across the boulevard, the green grass out front, the garage for storage or a small car (16’1” exactly), great secure neighborhood and quiet neighbors. We felt quite safe, even though we’re not used to a big city environment. Our Vacation - 2010 This property is well maintained and very clean with quiet neighbors. The owner met us on arrival and showed us the house and all it had to offer. There was plenty of room and direct access to the beach on the Mission Bay side plus only a short walk to the Pacific. The neighborhood was very clean in general with alot of people out on the move all the time. Great experience! We would do it again.
