Villa Pacifica La Jolla This is an exclusive rental in a quiet neighborhood. With breathtaking views of the Ocean on the roof top patio. Spacious home with the privacy for all our family of 8, we were very comfortable. The movie theatre was fantastic. Also, with high-end furnishings and appliances. This was a very good experience renting from Bluewater Vacation Homes, the staff was very accommodating. There is no direct access to the beach, you have to walk or drive.
A family of four The pictures tell it all! This property was clean, comfortable and beautiful with a great view. The location was perfect, we could walk to all the shops and restaurants. We did have a car which we used everyday. Much to our surprise, we never had a hard time finding an on street parking spot. We highly recommend this cottage!
Great property!!! The house is beautiful just as the pictures portray. The rental agents, Kendra and LeAnna, are terrific. They are extremely responsive and make the rental process very easy and pleasant. The house is very well maintained. The beds are so comfortable. The view from the terrace is so exquisite. The house is such a fun place to have family gatherings. I would rent this property again and I would definitely work with Blue Water Rental again. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!!!!!
Great stay, great home We rented Villa Pacifica for a family get together celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. The house was fantastic for a family gathering and matched description of property. Beautiful home, nice ocean view and a great layout for a larger group. Overall a great experience.
Seascape Beach House Review Our Family my Wife ,our son and daughter ages 26 & 23 and 2 friends stayed at the Seascape Beach House for one week located at South Mission Beach area. Rockaway in June The house was amazing. It was close to shops and restaurants and right on the beach. Plenty of everything we needed so we didn't have to run to the store immediately. We have stayed in a lot of rentals, and this was one of the best!

Perfect Beach Rental!! We rented Pacific Blue for 5 days during the Rock 'n Roll marathon...it was perfect for us! The condo was beautiful, clean, and very nicely decorated. It was great because it was my husband and I, along with two of our married adult children with their spouses, so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. OCEAN FRONT This property was beautiful! If you want to be on the beach with a perfect view, close to shopping and restaurants, this is the place to visit. It has a safe enclosed patio deck area for children that overlooks the boardwalk and beach. It really is just steps from the beach. Was Perfect for Ladies' Weekend "The Ladies" meet on an annual basis (10-12 college friends). We been to a number of places over the years. We like to rent a house so we can do our own cooking, have some privacy, but yet be close to water for walking and hiking.
