Great House & Great Location We rented the house for an extended family vacation (three families in all), with 5 adults and 5 kids. The house is exactly as advertised, with plenty of room to spread out, both indoors and out. We used the outdoor spaces the majority of the time. The pool is a great size, and we had it heated, so it was used a lot in the evenings and after we got back from evenings out. Terrific Sunsets We loved our stay at Bluewater Ocean Front right on the Boardwalk at Mission Beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Exceptionally nice, cozy rental home near the beach! My wife and I stayed here in October of 2010 with our two kids, ages 6 and 12. This place is very nice, recently remodeled with new everything. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bathrooms were top notch and beds were very comfortable. There is a big screen TV in the living room and master bedroom and the living room has a DVD player and surround sound. Great Stay! Just spent a long weekend with a large group in Ocean Front One and Two North. They are both amazing and since they are in the same building and share an entry way it felt like one huge house. That house gave us 2 amazing kitchens and a ton of variety for sleeping arrangements. The fireplace at night on the beach is quite a nice touch. The Bluewater group were incredible and supplied us with everything we needed. First Class We had a fantastic long weekend at this property. The layout is fantastic and every room is nice. The kitchen was top notch and is wide open to the living room so everyone can hang out together. One of the better features is the large patio overlooking the beach with amazing sunset views every night. While it does have a garage everything is close enough to walk so you could simply take a cab from the airport which is also close. Highly recommend this property.

Great location, quality and service We spent Thanksgiving weekend at Casa de las Olas. The location was fabulous--a short block one way to La Jolla Cove and a short block the other way to the heart of downtown La Jolla. The cottage was clean, comfortable, fully equipped and quiet. The Service from Bluewater Vacation Homes was excellent. They regularly followed up with reminders and local information. Perfect fall getaway! This is a perfect place for families seeking sun in the fall months! The weather was beautiful, the location perfect and the house wonderful. This particular unit offers breathtaking views of the sunset, the beach and surprisingly a lot of privacy! It was tastefully decorated with quality furniture, applicances and well stocked with the essentials. This is a perfect vacation rental and we plan to return next year.

Great for Families! We have three young children (7, 5 and 1.5 years old), and were looking for a place that would offer amenities that a hotel can't: separate bedrooms for everyone, a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen for easy (sometimes early) mealtimes. Kendra at Bluewater Vacation Homes was great - she told us this home had been recently renovated, helped us get settled (meeting us on day of check-in to show us how things worked), sent Dan out to fix TV and shower issues, gave advice on why the home was a good fi... read more

Awesome house in a great location. I have stayed in many places in San Diego and this home was by far the best. Spacious, super clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony and the amazing views. The location is great as it is right in between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park. We walked or rode bikes everywhere. The staff at Bluewater was very helpful, responsive and available for any questions. Would definitely stay here on all our future visits!!!
