The location of this listing is great. Lots to do within walking distance and just a short Uber ride to many other attractions. The view is amazing and we got to see dolphins swimming from the living room window every day. As noted in the description there was some noise from the roller coaster next door and restaurant traffic at night but we were so tired from exploring all day it didn’t keep us up.
The Airbnb was incredible and the host was very helpful and friendly. They were quick to respond and all of the instructions were very easy and clear. This home is in a great location to get around in SD. Beds might be tight for 10 adults, but it is a beautiful home.

The Bluewater team was very proactive and responsive with instructions and messaging. The penthouse is amazing and the location couldn't be better. Will definitely book with Bluewater in the future!
Blue water does the minimum for this home. At this price point the amenities should be many. This house needs an update for this price point. Not worth the money. Mission beach is incredible but blue water homes are not worth it. No curtains, old and uncomfortable furniture. Blinds break when touching. Pictures are in accurate. Looks like a spring break rental.
Great spot - amazing access to the beach and plenty of space. Unit was spotless very well equipped, and management company was very responsive. And thanks for the coffee and coffee filters. Small things make a difference Note, the unit is right on public walking path so keep that in mind!
The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Bluewater was accessible and responsive. They also had wonderful suggestions. Clean, spacious townhouse and excellent location. I highly recommend.
